Dagmar's Desserts has been in operation since 2007 when Dagmar Ratensperger was ready for change. Born in Nuremburg, Germany and educated in the U.S. with a degree in economics, her business acumen paired with her passion for baking only made perfect sense.
Though her specialty is in traditional Bavarian and Austrian pastries, her most notable offering is her Stollen, which you can not only find at the bakery, but online as well.
