Choux pastry is a light and airy pastry dough that is used to make classic French desserts such as éclairs and cream puffs as well as savory pastries such as gougères.

In this hands-on class we will show you how to make, bake, fill, and decorate these sweet and savory pastries.

Participants will leave with samples of pastries as well as the recipes.
